Refund & Returns Policy — Studio B 3D

At Studio B 3D, we specialize in high-quality 3D-printed products, custom models, and made-to-order items. Because many of our products are uniquely created for each customer, our policies differ between custom and non-custom items.
Custom 3D Prints (Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable)
Custom orders include any item that is:
- Personalized with names, dates, logos, branding, or artwork
- Designed specifically for your request, dimensions, or purpose
- A modified version of an existing design
- A fully original 3D model created from scratch for you
All custom 3D prints are final sale.
Custom items cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded once design work has begun or printing has started.
Exceptions for custom items:
If your custom item arrives with major damage or a clear manufacturing error caused by us, we will replace or remake the item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Non-Custom (Standard) Products
For non-custom, non-personalized items:
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all components and packaging.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
3D Printing Imperfections & Quality Expectations
All of our products are created using 3D printing technology. Due to the nature of this process, minor imperfections are normal and expected. These may include:
- Visible layer lines
- Small surface variations or texture differences
- Minor color variations, especially between different batches of material
- Very small cosmetic artifacts that do not affect the functionality or overall appearance of the item
These normal 3D printing characteristics are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements.
A product is considered defective only when there is a major issue that significantly affects its use or intended purpose, such as:
- Cracks, breaks, or missing structural parts upon delivery
- Severe warping that prevents normal use
- Significant damage from shipping
Studio B 3D reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a normal 3D printing variation or a true defect.
Cancellations
Custom Orders
Custom orders cannot be canceled once any modeling, design, or printing work has begun. If you contact us immediately after purchase and production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel the order on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Custom Orders
Non-custom orders may be canceled until the item is shipped. After shipping, they fall under our standard return policy.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your item arrives with major damage, is clearly defective as described above, or is incorrect due to our error, please:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- Provide clear photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
If the issue is due to our workmanship or a shipping error and is not a normal 3D printing variation, we will repair, replace, or remake the item at no cost to you.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping for non-custom returns is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
